Here at Azure Construction, we offer our clients a one-stop-shop solution for their construction needs.

First, we start with the design of the project. All construction projects either a bungalow residence or a multi-storey building needs a design and a complete set of plans before the actual construction can take place. These set of plans are also being used to apply for the building permit from the Local Government Unit.

In the design phase, we work closely with our clients in order to come up with the ideal design based on their space and amenities requirements. Most of the time, our clients will tell us their budget for the construction so that we can make the most cost efficient design and get the most value for the money that they will spend.

After the design has been completed, this is the time where we can come up with the exact cost of the construction project. After the client agrees with the costing, a construction agreement will be signed by both parties and we will begin with the construction phase.

In the construction phase, we provide all the necessary materials, labor, tools and equipment. Of course, every construction project needs a proper site supervision to make sure that the design will be followed and constructed according to the plans. We do all of these until the project is finished and fully turned over to our client.

All projects that we’ve done comes with a 15 Years Structural Warranty and 1 Year Workmanship Warranty on all the scope of works.
